Butter milk is very healthy and could be taken instead of soda and other bottled drink. They are much much better than the artificial drinks and is good for health too. In southern part of India, especially in Madurai,(Tamilnadu) jigarthanda is very famous drink and is sold almost everywhere in the streets of Madurai. This drink is made with a special ingredient called almond resin which is obtained from almonds and is great for health.
